Modern hotel, I liked it. The beds were very comfy and the room was air-conditioned and fairly quiet.

Contemporary rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows. Flexible and excellent staff with a smile. Location short walk to the main square, the ADO bus station, and the downtown area.

We had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Although the portions were a bit small, the taste made up for it. The hotel is located in a great area close to the main square, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange a tour guide to visit the biosphere nearby. Tehuacan is a hidden gem, and we were pleasantly surprised by its charm. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for a great stay. The venue is excellent and great, its location is marvellous, near Mexico and the main square and bus station. The staff are very flexible and excellent, managed the parking onsite. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was good!

i greatly enjoyed this nice and excellent hotel, it did not disappoint. every detail of the property was good, all the staff were really helpful and flexible. booked a double room, that included a safe, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment. it was quiet and easy to move around, private bathroom. the location was marvellous, close to tehuacan cathedral.

Also, location was incredible, within a close distance from Tehuacan Cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed.

The hotel was located in a convenient area close to the main attractions. The staff was polite and helpful when I had questions. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to have a good night's rest.

The food was cold and not fresh. I was not satisfied with the variety of food offered.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The spa and wellness center was exceptional and included a Jacuzzi and various beauty treatments such as manicure and facial. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxation. The restaurant served delicious meals and even accommodated my special diet requests. In-room breakfast was a major advantage.

The only minor issue was that the leisure/ TV room could have had more comfortable seating.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Its location close to the city’s main square and the bus station made it very convenient for us. The hotel facilities, including the laundry room and small gym, were fantastic. We also enjoyed having secure parking during our stay. The staff was exceptional - always so friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a great added bonus to start our day. Above all, we were impressed with how clean everything was.

This hotel’s location is great! It is very close to the main square which is good for sightseeing. The bus station and the ADO bus station are also nearby which is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The friendly staff provides great service. The delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

The view from the hotel is not very impressive.

the staff was very attentive and willing to help us with any request we had. the hotel was located close to the main square which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment the hotel offered during our romantic escape.

The portions served at the hotel's restaurant were too small for our liking, leaving us unsatisfied. the lack of variety in the dinner menu was also a bit disappointing, with no salad or dessert options available.
